After a concise study on the principles of leadership and the techniques to dominate the universe by ‘our team’, we realized that all spheres of creation are coded with unending principles. Further study shows that principles are the basic nature of leadership. This is the utmost reason why the universe and everything thereof is ordered by leadership. Therefore, any territory devoid of creative leadership would turn desolate. The fact that many people are ignorant of the power of principles is why the world is surrounded by so many unfathomable problems. Apparently, it is necessary to understand the requirement to reap quality leadership principles, to soar. Leadership principles are the live wires and threads to fix creative leadership. Because of the sensitive nature of the subject of leadership, leadership ought to be an institutionalized body for people to learn its virtues. If there is a well-established leadership institute, it will provide fertile grounds to raise sound global leaders and rulers. “Where purpose is misunderstood, abuse is inevitable”. If leadership is understood, humans would avoid misplacing the functions of a leader for a ruler’.

Having carefully studied the functions of a leader and ruler, we understood that both functions are interweaving and supreme to generate effective leadership. Again, these two functions are responsible for every ‘organized and unorganized leadership’. The misplacement of either function would result in failed leadership. Therefore, the need to understand their functions cannot be given a cheap wave of backhand. Furthermore, neither the leader nor ruler in us can function in absentia. Where these functions are misunderstood and wrongly managed, such leadership must crash.

A LEADER
A leader is the head of a people, family, or country. His role is to organize an effective leadership system. He commands influence that controls people by attraction, not coercion. He convinced people to follow his billings through the display of superior knowledge, great intelligence, and classified information. The reason is that humans are not created to be dominated by humans. All humans were created as ‘gods’ and coded with ‘ego’. The aspects of humans known as ‘god and ego’ compel them to resist coercion and dominion.
A RULER
A ruler processes and preserves nature for the consumption and beautification of the universe. His duty is to dominate nature, reshape the world and make it habitable for timeless generations. To execute this, you must burn calories to secrete intellectual energy. It takes real adventure to become a ruler. Adventure helps you to possess domineering intelligence to convert mineral resources from a raw state into consumable goods. A ruler usurps the intellect to import imaginary beings, refine them into goods and impact unending generations.
PRINCIPLES OF CHANGE
Principles of change are very essential in leadership. “Change starts from you” and is constant in all creatures. “Be the change you want the world to be”. It takes high leadership intelligence to create positive change. The intelligence for positive change comes with terrifying sacrifice. The sacrifice is the reason why not many people are ready to bargain for change. When change is mentioned, what runs through the brain- the cells of many people seeing greatness without sacrifice. Therefore for positive change to come, you must be ready to go against the old order. For change to come, there are so many ways to enforce it. The ways to enforce change are divided into two categories. To gain the Knowledge of how to enforce change is essential to guide you into how to offer the sacrifice of change efficiently. The danger is that any mistake found in the process would alter positive change. Enforcing positive change requires one to undertake calculated risk. The most important thing to know is that, calculated risk respect principles. Attention! Principles are static and cannot be maneuvered. But, they function in multi-purpose principles.

POSITIVE CHANGE VS NEGATIVE CHANGE
The principle of positive change states that ‘change does not flow but sap’. What flows ‘descend from head to toe while what saps ascend from toe to head’! You need no effort to descend from the mountain to the valley; just relax and you will find yourself in the valley at the speed of light. But, to ascend the mountain requires exerting pressure against pressure. For this, there is no competition on the mountaintop because not many people are willing to go through the stress of positive change. The valley is filled with a multitude known as a ‘population contest’.
PREPARATION FOR LEADERSHIP
Preparation for leadership asserts that ‘whoever refused to sweat preparing during peaceful times would bleed during the war’. The tougher preparation becomes, the greater leadership qualities amassed. Psychoanalysis revealed that it is impossible to handle what you do not understand and to control what you have not mastered. Leadership is the biggest business world on earth and must be treated as such. Leadership is in all fields of undertakings without exceptional. There is no successful businessman void of skillful leadership qualities. The entire process of leadership starts with the mastery of the principles of sapping. In 2004 a team of pressmen interviewed the Queen of England, Elizabeth ll on the secret behind the British smooth leadership. And she said, “We trace our leaders from primary school”. She continued, “We have a handful of leaders who are not in government because of the limited spaces and positions to occupy and the seating leaders are aware of this fact”. And added, “The British leadership is not monetary or material attractive but selfless attractive”.
Based on these facts and more, whoever assumes the office of leadership in Britain must be selfless. Principles of leadership reveal that every human being was born a leader but few understood this secret to manifest the leader in them. Furthermore, the greatness of every leader starts from the development of the ruler in him. It is the bringing together of ‘the leader and ruler in you’ that enables you to build creative leadership. No true leader is crowned by men but by the work of his hands. A leader crowned by men will seek to please his crowners against the principles of leadership. A leader made by the work of his hands showcases quality leadership character. The leadership character in everyone is revealed by scientific adventure. Scientific adventure enables us to acquire the tact of sapping. Everything begins where you are. Do that thing you do well to impact the world for free. Express your passion in what you are doing to lead and rule the world from it. “No one gives what he does not have”. Leadership is to dominate all creatures for human benefit. It is erroneous and tyrannical to dominate humans.
FOLLOWERSHIP AND LEADERSHIP
Frankly, there cannot be effective leadership without effective followership. It is the followership that determines the leadership. The intensity of intellectual command acquired, retained, and initiated by the followership determines the quality of leadership found in a definite territory. On a more serious note, no great leader undermines the functions of his followers. The input of followership determines the rising or fall of any leadership system. Note! Every effective or ineffective leadership system is the product of an effective or ineffective followership system. Therefore, whether a leadership system fails or succeeds, we should apportion more kudos or blame to the followers than the leaders. Unfortunately, where there is failed leadership institution we hold leaders accountable for everything and wholly exonerate the followers. In fact, the primary group of people to hold accountable in a failed leadership system is the followers while leaders take secondary blame. The obvious reason before us is that the followers determine the face of any societal leadership system. At this juncture, we guess that our students know that leadership lies in the followers.

THE ORDER OF FOLLOWERS IS CLASSIFIED INTO TWO GROUPS:
- The leading followers
- The slave followers
THE LEADING FOLLOWERS
This class of people in a society is coded with superlative leadership qualities or intelligence to direct the upstream sector and downstream sectors of the society. Although they follow, they maintain orderliness and refuse to be pushed around by anyone, situation, or clone dogma. They are not moved by popular and safe opinions but by the right opinions. They come vigorously against societal ills with radical solutions. They are wholly responsible for every form of societal development.
THE SLAVE FOLLOWERS
This class of people in a society lacked the mental or intellectual ability to think independently, let alone interdependently. They go along with popular and safe opinions. They are known as “the lily-pushy”. Any society with a large population of slave followers will sink. They are easily manipulated and used for antisocial activities against her society. They are used by tyrants to disrupt peace and tranquility in her society. They are governed by cabals and cartels. This is where Nigerian is today.
